Alex Kogevinas

Founder

Prior to founding Kogevinas Real Estate Group, Alex was a Partner at Montecito Properties, a residential brokerage firm in Santa Barbara, CA. Alex joined Montecito Properties in 2018, and played a pivotal role in helping them become one of the highest-grossing firms in Santa Barbara. Successfully closing over $1 billion in sales during his involvement.
